Talent is what you're paid for in F1, and this guy has loads of it. If I have a fast F1 car, and need a reliable driver who can drive it to it's limits no matter what, I'd hire Nando.

They need a trouble free FP session today with lots of running. I also think that they should switch to the tactics of many other teams at sprint races. Use 1 set hards to dial in the car and try a quali sim on the soft for Q preperation. This used soft set can be used in the first outing of Q1, as the track evolution makes the first outing in Q1 in sprint weekends anyway useless.
