Lando's making his way back out to the grid. Oscar is getting into his kit. There's a new rear wing in place, being fastened now. The car is still on high-stands. We're expecting he will remain a lap down at the restart if he gets out.

Sucks that he may end up lap down. I know he is lap down as he pitted but it's a shame.

That's good news then, shame if he isn't allowed to unlap though

His car is now down on the deck, and Oscar is in and having his belts fastened.

Are you sure both are forced to be a lap down?

Might have a pitlane start, but it seems like the lads have done it. Very quick job for what was a full floor and rear wing swap.

That is what the team wrote on the team stream. It would make some sense as they did a lap less. It does seem a bit silly that you can have a red flag and then people a lap down. They should unlap people.

"Wing on, rear exhaust being fastened now. Engine covers going on."

Lando could swap for his new set maybe. Seemed like he was on used softs on start.

Oscars engineer telling him to keep it clean and that if there is another safety car that he will be allowed to unlap himself. So I guess he stays a lap down.

So you can unlap yourself under a safety car, but not a red flag? That doesn’t make a lot of sense

Seems like an obvious mistake. If you want to improve racing you should unlap people under a red flag. Especially if you do that under a safety car.

Oscar's car is ready. It's a bit battered but most of the damage has been repaired. What ever happens, that's magnificent work from no.1 mechanic Phil McWilliams and his crew. Oscar is away.

A shame Norris couldn't overtake.

Overtaking Verstappen 101 - always take the inside line - if you have to go on the grass you should as he will not hesitate to push you wide.
