Lando is on average about 0.15s slower than Verstappen in race trim.
Verstappen may also be managing his pace.
Norris may also be managing his pace.

I think if Norris could mount a challenge then he'd be keeping closer to Max, but he keeps dropping, which means I think he can't keep close.

At the moment we can all agree that the only difference between Verstappen and Norris is the car. The Red Bull is 1 to 1,5 tenths faster and has a slightly better tyre management. That can change from next year.

I doubt it. Team is very risk averse.

I would gamble with it, but I don't think team will.

It's an option, if Max closes quick then we might pit and burn rubber.

It's a little impossible to go for one pit stop. Verstappen will probably reach us and pass us.

PIA could pull NOR if he is faster?

This is an interesting time. Safety car or a red flag would give us track position.

Low risk in trying to keep it one stop. Alonso is very far away.

Yeah they should get Piastri to give the tow to Norris.

Yep, it's a good point.

It's low risk to try, worst case we go back to P2, which we do if we box anyways.

Lost 2 seconds that lap, so makes sense to box, fresher tyres at the end

Really don't get the decision they made. Alonso was 10 seconds behind pit window.
