Flawless performance by Max once again. Two very good starts, an easy defense and a pace fast enough to go long and keep Norris at bay. The team took a little risk by stopping Max before Norris in case of another red flag.

Perez had a good race, too bad he couldn't keep the third position in that last two laps. He might have defended too much instead of keeping the proper line. He was so close at the finish line I thought for one second he made it.

Max's consistency is something we have never witnessed before in F1. 17 race wins so far and 2 more races to go is just mind blowing. So many great drivers have gotten hold of a dominant car, but none managed what Max has achieved. Only Schumacher's 13 out of 18 in 2004 come close.

Great race.

Shame for Checo but he drove a great race. He just had too much of a sloppy middle sector which meant Alonso could get the better exit.

Pleased he is now 32points ahead of lewis in the WDC. Should be pretty much P2 for him now providing he keeps his nose clean. Lewis needs 2x P3 and a FL even if Checo DNF now.

I dread to think how hard Alonso was deploying that battery against Perez with DRS. Surprised it got enough charge in the middle sector

In the end the gap was a bit smaller than it should've been. Max took his final soft stint pretty easy

Yes, you could really see the all-time win percentage record meant a lot to them. Incredible. His first year in a dominant car and he breaks the all time record, has been there since the second year of Formula 1. Niki Lauda was right to call Max the talent of the century.

Look how happy they all are, just great to see! Lando shows how good he is this season (again) Alonso with a masterfull drive and podium again, and Max, he has done it!
