Moderators, can we move all these PR videos, press clippings and tweets to a separate Red Bull press thread.
Then Wouter can go wild in there.
For me it clutters this thread which should be about the racing team.
.
Thank you too for your great contributions to this RBR thread in the past!😘

I eagerly await news from RBR from you.

FYI: There was little to report in recent days, because there was no news from RBR.

I dont see a issue with them. They are related to the team and informative.

Unless there is baiting and trolling, usually there is not a lot of action on Red Bull team thread. Very little news comes from official sources. There is not a lot of hero worship or chest thumping either. So in that sense, having any news related to team and personnel isn't a bad thing.

I have been reading more news about RB19 designs making their way to AlphaTauri and they will be testing a new floor in Abu Dhabi. Just curious if AT is using the same PU mapping as RBR?

Having AT competing among the best of the rest may give RBR an added advantage for 2024 if RB20 is able to stay ahead of the pack.

Verstappen felt like “a clown” at glitzy Las Vegas F1 opening ceremony

The drivers at the opening ceremony

Along with a drone show and musical performances, the event included a section during which the drivers emerged from giant boxes on the pit straight and were introduced to the crowd.

Verstappen, who also opted to miss a later VIP event at the Wynn’s hotel complex that F1 boss Stefano Domenicali asked all the drivers to attend, made it clear that he is not enjoying the Las Vegas experience thus far.

"For me you can all skip these things," the Red Bull driver said when asked about the ceremony. "It's not about the singer, it's just standing up there, you look like a clown."

I’d new shocked if the Vegas race is profitable. It’s definitely not my cup of tea either.

FOM would be better off getting financial support for a classic road course like Road America to be upgraded to F1 standards and race there.

F1 probably see's Vagas as more of a marketing opportunity than a profit making one

Good point. Still, if the race sucks, it won’t help at all.

Some of the US based Senior VP’s I work with were planning to go, until they found out how much it was going to cost them. Despite being on significant salaries, they balked at the costs.

From everything I've read this weekend the surface seems to be meeting expectations in terms of being smooth and low grip. This plays into the team's hands in terms of downforce choice as hopefully should push everyone towards a higher DF setup and away from the Monza specs

Chief engineer of AT talks about the surface but also how the curbs are very minimal with most being painted and that they'll have essentially no impact on the car performance. So this is ideal for the rb19. The tarmac also looks smooth from everything I've seen - another pro for the car.

Max will definitely tell you exactly what he’s thinking. Not some PR speech. It actually works quite well, as you often see a lot of short clips or phrases quoted from his interviews.
They are usually mostly funny. A bit like Kimi was with the media back in the day.
