Alonso pitting on lap 13! Talk about buying pole.

Webber is a good bet for today's race. He's on the all-important clean side of the track.

With 32.5 kg's of fuel and a burn rate of about 2.8(?) kg's of fuel per lap, Alonso will pit somewhere between the 10th and 13th lap.

Vettel; lap 17-20

Webber; about one lap less than Vettel

Some late night pizza and I'm feeling much better...

Ugh Harrelson beat me to it...
^What burn rate are you using? 2.5 right?

what a shitty start for Vettel! Arrrgghh! Good for Webber. Hamilton much faster than Webber.

Alonso loosing a wheel due to a faulty fitted wheen nut. The wheel bouncing all over the track. This is scary looking. They need to change rules that such a car must stop!

are you talking about the wheel tethers? They obviously do not apply to wheels but to the suspension. So they only work when the whole suspension is torn off.

ah yes. maybe they should come up with something like the wheel covers that stay still relative to the wheel - but that could brake too

He might also receive a penalty for powersliding out of a pitstop alongside Kimi. Raikkonen, btw, is under investigation for his incident at the start.
