Peter Windsor made the interesting observation about Norris. Piastri is not a suitable team mate. Piastri threatens (and succeeds) in out qualifying Norris. Consequently Norris over drives & thus amplifies the issue. With a less challenging team mate he would actually do better.

I don`t think so. For me Piastri comes for Norris in the exact right moment in his career. This year Norris is more or less comfortable faster than Piastri in Qualy and Race but he know that he must become better in the next 2 years to be still on top. This mistakes from Norris comes not from Piastri, it comes from getting VES and a race win.

Yes, but SAT has a terrible bad strategist. Strange tire choises, sending drivers into traffic after a pitstop, etc.
Everything depends on the strategy today. Yuki always takes good care of his tires, but the strategist doesn't listen to him.

Ferrari is typically worst on hards vs mediums, which is uncommon, but they never try anything outside the box...
