I'd be very surprised if the Wolff's dont sue BusinessF1 if this turns out to have no substance behind it, which with this AMuS report seems to be the case, especially considering the article stated it as fact that Toto has a history of leaking confidential info he shouldnt have known and the mess it has caused.

The rancour though is very very suspect. This all happened last year. I don't think RB or Merc have anything to gain from this nonsense.

That might be because they don't want their asses sued.
If they report something third hand and implicitly name individuals and organisations, they're staring down the barrel.
If it's unverified it gets removed. With the budget cap breach last year AMuS kept their story up, very likely because they had it from authority.
