Tells you that the decision to just call it "RB" instead of "Racing Bulls," which still isn't great but at least would give us something to call it, came very late. This whole name just feels like it's thrown together at the last minute.

Which is probably exactly why they decided against Racing Bulls. They wanted a generic identity that puts the spotlight on the sponsor and almost forces you to say the sponsor names.

Stake or Visa CashApp teams are just cannon fodder in F1. Bring nothing to the table, so can see why ‘out there’ names are being used to attract interest.
