Re: Moderation team changes

I'd like to know how many users there are per moderator now, and see if that number can be brought down by training up some new mods.

Don't want to open new topic but can you reopen F175 car thread. It is locked for a while. What are we doing here? Car threads or ping pong? Honestly :D

Will this thread be locked - if a member reminds a certain moderator (^) to decently check himself
re: his over-eager resort to his punitive proclivities - as mentioned in an earlier (now locked) thread,
by a fair number of other members, who (justifiably) perceive subjective bias from that mod?

(& 1st to do a surface traverse across Antarctica,
in good Kiwi style - riding a Massey Ferguson farm
tractor - with a few extemporised mod's to hack the task).

That thread was indeed locked by mistake. So thanks to F1NAC for pointing it out.

I don't know the revenue and investment for this website, but moving away from human based moderation or atleast reducing the human interjections should be the way forward.

Revolutionizing Forum Moderation: Meet OpenAL, world's first AI Moderator

Introducing AI Moderators: The Future of Online Content Moderation
Nothing but advantages!

Lightning-Fast Moderation: An AI moderator is like The Flash on steroids, but for moderation! You won't have to wait for a slowpoke human moderator to review your content. The AI moderator can scan content at lightning-fast speeds and flag any issues in a jiffy.

Consistent & Accurate Rule Enforcement: With an AI moderator, you'll never have to wonder if the rules apply to you. The AI moderator will consistently enforce the community guidelines and flag any content that doesn't measure up. And unlike human moderators, the AI moderator won't have a bad day and take it out on your posts.

The Safety Buddy You Never Knew You Needed: The AI moderator is like a trusty bodyguard, always watching out for you and the rest of the community. It'll quickly identify and remove harmful or inappropriate content, so you can have peace of mind and focus on being your awesome self.

More Human Moderators for Other Tasks: With an AI moderator taking care of the heavy lifting, human moderators can focus on the fun stuff, like creating content, providing technical support, and engaging with the community. It's like having an army of minions to do your bidding, except they're not evil.

Insights & Analytics That Will Make Your Head Spin: The AI moderator can gather and analyze data on user-generated content that will blow your mind! It can tell you who's posting what, what's trending, and the overall health of the community. It's like having a super-smart sidekick that you can't help but love.
