I have linked this video before. I think this is the best video to see the inlet. Pause at 17 sec and move the video a bit back and forth. The dark patch is the inlet.

The most interesting thing is where the put the blowers to cool the car: definitely horizontal inlets

The sidepod and engine cover is a radical departure, but still look kind of like an early iteration. Not excessively sculpted or tight.
