The race is next week but they don't have a few spare floors with them for the test? That seems strange to me, since there's no way they could produce new floors with learnings from the testing between testing and the race anyway...

The F1 of these years reflects the quality check on the gp's track = not sufficient.

This is just unbelievable… another Ferrari floor broken because of the incompetence of the officials. Who will pay?

They should determine a standard price for a floor and put it in the rules that the circuit together with the FIA (50-50) compensate the team which car ran over a drain/cover and lifted it.

Doesn't matter how badly damaged the floor is, that shouldn't be up for discussion.
Drains shouldn't come loose.
Just a straight up compensation of say 200k USD if and when it happens.
