Russell, Stroll, and Leclerc looking a bit uninspired - especially Russell. Max and Checo's designs looking like they'll be the most similar of any two teammates.
The helmet designs of today are mostly terrible. Extremely cluttered and overworked with speed lines everywhere. And most drivers keep changing all the time. Who will remember Checo’s latest designs for example? Vettel seemed to start that trend, whom ironically switched to an iconic simple design in his last few years and kept that.
Good were the days when the designs were simple and part of a drivers identity. Early 2000s and earlier were great, with Senna, Prost, Schumi, Barrichello, Coulthard, Häkkinen etc. Instantly recognizable. End of rant.

Agreed. It's one of the things I liked about Lando's helmets, up until this year anyway. He had a basic design that just got tweaked - one off helmet designs not withstanding.
I think Lewis to an extent has recognisable helmets with some consistency, even if they still look cluttered and over busy.
But yes, bring back the simpler designs!!
If I come across as blunt, I apologise, it's my ASD. Sometimes, like an F1 car aqua-planing, it gets out of my control.
Helmets today look like crap. Way way way to busy and filled with boring sponsors to please rather than driver essence to present. Sad. Miss the days when drivers were recognizable by their few colors and simple design. Now it’s a freak show with every driver competing for who can shove more lines, pizzaz, and bullsh*t onto their dome…creativity and uniqueness be damned. SMH.
honestly RB have so much money they can afford to give their drivers more latitude with their designs.
then again their corporate mentality would want them to slam home that they drive for the cow.
