Lets say the team is deliberately down on power as they dont push for qualifying time. At the moment Norris's best time was 1,31,236 from yesterday with C3 while Sainz was 1,1 sec faster with the C4. How much of a difference could an engine make and whats to say if that is even Ferrari at their best and they dont have more to offer?

Things are not looking well and the car seems to have missed its targets.
