The car has obviously an understeering characteristic - high fuel or not. Pretty clear after this 3 days.

I don't think Alonso had higher engine mode. He was slower than Leclerc in speed trap. Macca is acing the S2. Are we using less wing than them?

My prediction for them is 6th this season and thats in line with what I predicted by the end of last season. I think they'll be in a fight with Williams for that.

That is way too pessimistic imo, no need to go to the other extreme. Now it is clear the car is lacking somewhat but fighting with Williams is too much... you need to see their car

I try not to be pessimistic or optimistic. Its my realistic guess which of course could be wrong. But I know AM and especially Fernando arent the types to hold back and sand bag. They were consistently leading the timing in last year's testing. They are also like open book. Everybody knew they had something last year. This year is just the opposite. I also noticed Fernando's public campaigning for a seat in the pre season. Just putting 2+2 together.

I think you're wrong, especially since Alonso had much more time behind wheel last year.

Maybe they're not concerned about Bahrain at all, just testing low downforce for Monza.
