Do you mean when the exhaust was shaking and the rear wheels spinning up? Looks like he had some issues with power delivery.

Lando was having torque bars replaced to change his suspension setup.

Lando lost 4 tenths in final sector to Oscar. If he can hook up a full lap Lando is looking very good here.

I think it's wind more than anything, it's an apparent weakness of this new car. He had a big moment, then missed the apex in final corner, so an accumulation of errors.

Norris would have been P1 overall with a lap done at the same time as Verstappen and Alonso (and earlier than Ferraris). I know it doesn't mean much but I am still amazed how F1 managed to analyze the data in a way that McLaren has a big gap behind the top teams. I am hoping that Norris shuts them up today.

I feel very positive, I am hoping for a Norris front row.

Yep we are and if NOR had PIAs last sector which wasn't even particularly rapid he'd be on a 1.30.8 himself. No DRS used in the last zone will be very much part of that reason.
