IndyCar Series 2026 season will be final season for Dallara DW12 UAK18 subgeneration chassis car which has been required since 2012 season and from 2027 season onwards all new IndyCar Series car will be used until 2032 and thus Dallara DW12 will expected to retire after 2026 season (if no subject to change).
I expect the design of Dallara IR-27 car will majorly based on Formula 1 2022 aerodynamics generational except the airbox.
