As we have discussed, the facilities are apparently world class, the budget is at the cap... So what is lacking to add those WDC and WCC titles to the trophy cabinet (or at least be a regular top 3 WCC team routinely found on the podium)?

Pretty weird that they got rid of Omar and the other guy because they said it was gonna take to long to compete. Now they basically starting over with a new 5 year plan.
