Oscar needed do get ahead of Norris in case of a penalty, with the team only losing 2 positions.

But Max and both the Mclaren drivers were absolutely fantastic today.

We were very close. I dont think Lando's and Oscar's time were perfect as they had some slip ups cause both drivers were close to 2 tenths faster in S2. Still 2-3 and we continue to rise. Tomorrow the race will be completely different.

None of the top 3 got their perfect laps in. All had time on the table.

But this was in part down to how the wind blew.
