New front wing reminds me of the 2016/2017/2018 wings. Is it trying to setup similar flow structures?

I doudt, completely different aero.

My uneducated guess is the V adds ridgetity and forces the flex of the top flap with a downward slope towards the middle. The V part doesn't flex or alot less. Why? No idea.

agreed, it is not the Bahrain rear wing.

It's just a rear wing that they've adjusted for Monaco. Nothing special.
