Ferrari didn’t change Leclerc’s floor, they better fix it

What a strange decision. Why not directly changing it?

I actually think that the Ferrari will be the car to beat this weekend, but let's see. :)
RB and McLaren were ahead last 3 weekends, for different reasons each time. Until Ferrari win on Sunday, they are the ones chasing and should adopt this mentality :)

And they call it a stall. A STALL!

They might not have enough spares to risk running them in free practice after the first one was damaged. You would much rather be very slightly slower in free practice and have an intact floor for quali and the race, than risk destroying your only intact floor before quali.

We are 8 races in the season. Spares shouldn't be a concern.

They brought a new floor last week. Spares of the new spec could absolutely be a concern.

Safe to say LEC’s car doesn’t seem to mind keeping the same floor. Placed a great lap there.

Can't say a ton about who is pushing and all that but Charles seems fast. Complained just now on the radio about T5 feeling loose and the brakes generally

Leclerc seems completely out of control (in a positive way).

Can’t wait to see what Charles can do when they switch to C5 tires.

We now need a red flag to block the other teams from gathering data :D

Need to see if they can make a step from FP2 to FP3. We are always strong in FP1 & FP2.

I think they ran light + quali mode, so now the delta for track evolution and fresh tyres will determine the final time. Its a representative time IMO.

Charles must be operating in a higher engine mode for the home race. I am a Leclerc homer but there is not 1.1s between him and Sainz. Might be a hyper focus on qualifying. Only Q1 will tell. Similar to what Xyz22 said, he is really attacking the circuit on the onboard.

Bryan asked him to do some race laps in FP1 and Charles shut it down, saying wanted to focus on quali prep.
