Vasseur is quietly impressive as a leader. It's nice to hear him say that Ferrari were leaving points and opportunities on the table "last year" (we all know it's been closer to a decade), and that they've changed how they approach each weekend to change that.

This team is now capable of mounting a full on title challenge.

Vasseur is top manager, he always was in all the team he manages in motorsport, so I'm not surprised
On the other hand, kudos also to the team at the factory that is now producing better cars, let's continue to progress like that and fight for titles

These test days are decided before the season starts. FOM will not be able to forecast that Ferrari will be competitive with their car at the stage of test.

It’s basically a volunteering event. All teams have the ability to participate and choose whether they want to or not. Pirelli is always complaining that teams don’t participate in those enough and they need more testing.

Vasseur has worked wonders. The team is now a “model” organization. In the recent past it was a “bad example.l

Refreshing to hear Vasseur aknowledging that the pressure is making redbull and their drivers make mistakes. I objectively spotted the same, and that automatically equalled blasphemy.
This pressure is true and indeed real.
Complaints from Marko are excuses. How can this well oiled operation suddenly have correlation problems and difficult to fix issues?

Monaco was indeed not a eurka moment. Imola was quite a weak response to upgrades form Ferrari. They were too far away from McLaren to be considered and equal threat to Redbull.

Well, they do it wrong. In Toto's book page 37, it clearly says this "you do tyre tests without anyone knows about it".
So clearly Ferrari needs to read the book more carefully.

Given the possible struggles at Redbull and the relatively close championship, I really hope Ferrari put literally everything behind Leclerc.

Sainz needs to have a strategy purely designed to help him in races and also never be allowed to finish ahead, even if its for a single point.
