Remains to be seen. Norris at the moment is losing time to the first two. Unless he starts pushing he doesn't stand a chance to get the victory or beating Max. I expected more and he's very slow now.

The thing is that when you see Norris catching them up he's losing like 4 or more tenths somewhere.

He went through the gravel a bit 5-10 laps ago. That is when he lost 2 seconds. But looks to be working it well now.
