If true the FIA should introduce a mid-season technical directive fixing it, just like they did against RB in 2021 and against AMR in 2023. McLaren should not receive special treatment when no one else did.
True but Horner himself says the accused teams wings are passing the flex test?
RB passed the flex tests in 2021, AMR passed them in 2023. The FIA changed the tests mid season to catch those teams out and render their wings illegal after teams had complained they were flexing excessively.
Yea I recall AMR 2023 now. Oh well time will tell.
From my armchair the Red Bulls wing flex’s too but either not as much or in a different, less advantageous way compared to the accused.
Just a fan's point of view

All wings flex, the front wing upper elements have flexed for many years and the FIA allow it, this will most certainly be referring to excessive flexing of the main structure of the wing.

This is just the game we are in now where Red Bull try every avenue to keep themselves number 1.

Some inspections of front wings at Canada. Clearly this is a topic to keep an eye on

I noticed in an on track picture how much the front wing end plates are angled to point inwards, but in any static images of the wing I can't see the angles.

Not sure if this is yet another reason to get another eye test or if they are flexing to reduce drag in higher speeds.

Actually I can see it, it just looks more pronounced when the car isn't static...

If you look at some of the onboards from down the long straight in Canada. McLarens does flex quite a lot. Differing camera angles slightly. But comparing RBR, Fer, Merc and McLaren, the latter does seem to flex the most - by some margain.

If you like cricket, and F1, Oscar is on a tailenders podcast with jimmy Anderson. Quite good.

Did anybody manage to figure out why landos car was whistling like crazy on the straights?
As for the upgrades being added piece by piece this is the logical thing to do as of now. The margins are so tight that a tenth here and there can make all the difference. Looking towards the next 3 races which come in consecutive weeks it will be crucial to have everything possible at each race.
Redbull are probably favourites for the 3 races but not by much and they are tracks you would typically say suits the cars strong points. We are not a million miles away from being able to achieve 1-2's at tracks that suit the car well and that coupled with a dnf for max along with a penalty for parts used over the allowance and it could well make for an interesting end to the season and in f1 the picture can change very very fast.

Id have to do some screen-recording for comparisons.

Some clips. As I said, bit hard to fully judge given some camera angles, like the Merc one blocks out the front with with the halo, but for what its worth.... (taken from qualifying.)

The wing bending of McLaren doesn't look that crazy to me

Between RB, McLaren and Ferrari the Macca is clearly the flexiest. The movement range between high load and low load is the biggest, but also every time the car hits a bump the oscillations are more pronounced in the wing. It looks the loosest.

Yeah the Mclaren is clearly flexing more and not by a small amount in those videos.

Whether that means it is breaking the rules is another thing entirely.
