100% should be a penalty for Leclerc. You cant retaliate like that for any reason doesn't matter what then other driver does.

Impeding in fp3 is never a penalty or reprimand. And Norris was never dangerous in any way

Don't be absurd. It's free practice, blocking isn't an issue especially not to the point where someone thinks it's ok to then drive into a competitors car

I would assume there are different fuel loads in play here? the time difference is big between Russell and the other teams, even to his teammate

Hamilton, Norris deserve some kind of punishment for blocking. Stroll and LeClerc deserve actual grid slot drops.

Isn't it quite normal to experience blocking especially on the final runs when everyone is on track?

It's not ideal but it happens because there are 20 cars all trying to do different things
