Also Lando said there's too much dirty air so he can't do much at the moment.

You need big pace differential here to get through, Max pushed hard to get past Russell but he has the luxury of having clean air after that, so he can manage tires better. Lando cant push now, he will kill the stint.

They’re on the new soft. VER on a 3 lap old soft. So probably tyre preservation would be the way to go and hope deg gives them the place.

Yea the start has killed this first stint for Norris big time, Lando would probably be lapping similar to Max but can’t behind Russell

We are building tyre delta and we are in drivers seat if there is a SC or VSC.

Looks like a questionable strategy so far, but let's see if tire delta is enough to get an overtake on track.

Edit: they will lose out to both Mercedes and perhaps even Carlos by staying this long.
