Not end of the world. Gained more points on Norris with this result than p1-p2
Also, Norris may face a grid drop at Silverstone
Anyway the pace was good. Just the pitstop that made things close
Good point, I believe they were not sure if he would get that or not... GP was sleeping today and so was the pit crew.
There's something not right about the stints in my opinion. The car starts off strongly and then the grip drops off a cliff later. Happened in both of the first 2 stints. It was a more severe drop off on the hard tire. The rear was moving a lot. Max was just hanging on for the last 5-7 laps of that hard tire stint. Rear was sliding in T6, T7, T9, T10 exit.
Lockup didn't flatspot his tyres so wasn't a big deal, and that didn't give Norris the DRS either, gap was more than 1 seconds and Norris had backmarkers ahead of him, he cleared them and closed the gap to Max.
It definitely not the racing as it should be. Max did what Nico did to Lewis in 2016 at the exact same venue.
Go watch the crash derby then. Moving under braking is dangerous. That’s entirely the reason that it’s supposed to be treated very harshly. Stewards asleep at the wheel apparently.Silent Storm wrote: ↑30 Jun 2024, 16:58Max fans never said max wasn't a dirty driver... we know who he is
He is not a criminal that there should be any shame in supporting him.
