Last year it was 2 tenths difference between them in fp2. I can believe 5 tenths but 8 would be crazy.
Were they though? They usually never show their full pace on Friday or Saturday on FP3. If this pace is genuine and the car has more to show then we can expect a victory for once.

By the way, in terms of overall dimensions, only Aston and Mercedes have a larger rear wing. The rest have dimensions comparable to McLaren. Therefore, I do not expect any gain in speed on straights. The main thing is that losses on straights are minimal.
