**Tyre allocation tweet**
odd tyre strat by RB... only team with 1 set fewer
Yeah a little. Either they think the extra medium wont be needed or its going to be a soft-med-soft.

This was the proposed strategy for 2023:

I wonder which tyre Red Bull will use in FP3, if they use 2 soft sets they won't have any new for the race, I guess they will start on used soft and then put a new set...or maybe they are betting on rain ?

I think being able to work well in the high speed will give RB a leap over McLaren after the likes of maggots and beckets making the DRS pass very hard due to being able to pull a bigger gap.

McLaren are very good on the straights this weekend.

But the wet weather will also play a role. RB are running quite high wing and playing loose with tyre allocation.

From what I can see in the forecast it looks like dry quali and showery race

Mine (Meteoblue) says wet for both. Either way, rain would be welcome.

F3 Race has just been postponed although it is not raining atm. FIA really need to get their sh*t together and make tyres and cars that can race in the wet.

I would rather take dry quali instead of wet quali. It's just way more fun to see the cars flying through the corners, and dry qualis tend to be insanely close anyway.
