This forum contains threads to discuss teams themselves. Anything not technical about the cars, including restructuring, performances etc belongs here.
As a concerned neutral F1 fan, I think its about time we investigated the frankly unfair cooperation between Haas and the midfield team Ferrari, being in the same building - who's to say whether Ferrari's wind tunnel or CFD data is being used for Haas's benefit? You can't stop employees from having a chat in the cafeteria ... something for the FIA to keep an eye on.
Operationally and performance-wise disaster on all fronts really. Will be looking forward to excuses and spin on today's performance! Terrible!
Sainz made a good effort but the car wasn't there. He did what he could, good on him for outqualifying Leclerc. Leclerc... just bad all around, though I can't imagine only having 1 session with this car helped. Anyway, yet another weekend to forget. This triple header has been a nightmare for the team. They really need to hunker down after this weekend and decide what to do. Both packages are slow in various conditions. I don't even know if I want to watch the race tomorrow, I have zero hopes for either of them getting more than a few points.

For me, Ferrari's 2024 season has ended today. All teams that brought updates improved performance on the track, except Ferrari. It may have even gotten worse with them.
Now it will be all downhill until the end of the season . It's bizarre that we were talking about fighting for the constructors' championship after Monaco, and now we're talking about whether we can keep Haas behind us.
At this point Ferrari should just bite the bullet, not bring any more upgrades but just work on new suspension and try to bring it this year and get some real world data. That’s the only way
The team's continued struggles in mixed conditions are tiring at this point. Charles has also been low-key terrible in this area for a while now. I've come to dread any remotely tricky weekends in terms of weather conditions.
