This forum contains threads to discuss teams themselves. Anything not technical about the cars, including restructuring, performances etc belongs here.
Not so much on this Forum but certainly elsewhere people have complained that Norris doesn't exhibit that ruthless WDC killer instinct now people are shocked when he's displaying ruthlessness. This is fully on the team for causing this and can't blame Norris and likewise if Norris' tyres hang on he will feel vindicated saying he deserved the place due to his pace.
Correct me if I am wrong, but how Lando is reacting is not how Mclaren run their drivers.
You don't bite the hand that feeds you. Where Lando is at is down to the team.
Lando can use the gap between them to justify the point, but it will damage the relationship between them. They should have boxed Oscar first and kept Lando out one more lap, would not have hindered them. I do believe Lando will slow down last lap.

Agree it's on the team, but Norris will never be given the same trust and Piastri will become ruthless with him. This is a bad move by Norris Piastri isn't checo, he will pose a threat at the races, not the right time to change things.
Agree he is fastest, but he's in the wrong IMO.

Norris gets his ultimatum from McLaren: "There are five laps to go, the way to win a championship is not by yourself, it is with the team, you are going to need Oscar and you are going to need the team."
Difficult to argue with this. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.
