Well I understand why Lewis is leaving really, it's a very good team for sure but he's not welcomed anymore hereSKYnRacing24 wrote: ↑28 Jul 2024, 17:59WTFVenturiation wrote: ↑28 Jul 2024, 17:52They decided one stop strategy for lewis before the race and inverted without telling him
If this is indeed true, I expect the Hamilton and Russel camps in this team thread, to be flamethrowing each other for one month.Venturiation wrote: ↑28 Jul 2024, 17:52They decided one stop strategy for lewis before the race and inverted without telling him
Ted and Fabrega did the maths again and said that even if they took out all the fuel the car was 0.5kg short ...Luscion wrote: ↑28 Jul 2024, 17:59yea..... 1.5kg is a lot
Realistically, what can they argue? Other than the calibration of the FIA scales - which has been seen by team personel to be properly calibrated.
My question is if all 3 podiums finishers were weighed or if only George was selected(i dont know the post race procedures), next thing you know Ham is also underweight and Merc leave with no pointsatanatizante wrote: ↑28 Jul 2024, 18:14Ted and Fabrega did the maths again and said that even if they took out all the fuel the car was 0.5kg short ...
This situation may be due to RUS didn`t do enough lift and coasting as HAM did during the race as per radio transcripts on Multiviewer ... we all know that all teams underfuel the cars after all ...
In addition, I fear that the plank wear could be higher too ...
I have to agree. If I’m reading it right they’ve tried to cover up being underweight by leaving fuel in?
Lewis's car was checked and passed the checkLuscion wrote: ↑28 Jul 2024, 18:16My question is if all 3 podiums finishers were weighed or if only George was selected(i dont know the post race procedures), next thing you know Ham is also underweight and Merc leave with no pointsatanatizante wrote: ↑28 Jul 2024, 18:14Ted and Fabrega did the maths again and said that even if they took out all the fuel the car was 0.5kg short ...

Weight is all cars I believe. Only detailed checks (plank etc) is selectiveLuscion wrote: ↑28 Jul 2024, 18:16My question is if all 3 podiums finishers were weighed or if only George was selected(i dont know the post race procedures), next thing you know Ham is also underweight and Merc leave with no pointsatanatizante wrote: ↑28 Jul 2024, 18:14Ted and Fabrega did the maths again and said that even if they took out all the fuel the car was 0.5kg short ...
