Forecast for the weekend so far is mostly dry (some rain chances saturday afternoon) and a dry race. For saturday they expect high wind speeds (+- 7 Bft)! that would be a factor in qualifying.

I would expect that even at 3 Bft you easily have 6 Bft gusts. If this is really the median, the gusts can be really high, up to 9 Bft...I would even expect, that you do not drive a F1 car at all at such gusts.

I have no idea what that trophy costs but one Delfts Blauw deep dinner plate costs €39.99, one little coffee cup and saucer €34.99,
