As a supporter of the team since 2010, I think it's the perfect opportunity for Bono to mould and work with what could be a world class talent in Antonelli. GP in Redbull is doing this year, not sure if the two roles conflict too much with each other.
I would not expect him to be doing the job(s) alone, probably a few years to expand or reallocate sections of what he currently does on days not at the track.
