Lewis will run the new floor in FP2 and George will use the old one.

Makes sense, at least they can compare Lewis' data from fp1 to fp2

HAM is running the new floor I believe so he’ll continue for FP2.

Sam Collins has now corrected that with info from Merc.

Ham has the new floor, Kimi had the old one.

And kimi bins it!

I tuned in just to watch him too. I'm sorry guys. He is not the one.
He just lacks the experience in an F1 car to catch the rear snapping during a competitive session. Before the crash he looked pretty good. Too early to tell if he's a generational talent or just a decent racing driver. The pressure
on his shoulders must be immense.

A new engine and new floor in the car to be used for a new driver seems a little strange. Both are now potentially damaged in what was not exactly an unexpected crash.

The times doesn't matter in practice. All he had to do was keep it on the black-stuff.

Not very respectful towards George's and the mechanics.

"Enjoyjng the experience" taken too far.

Mercedes is not in good hands for 2025.

Such a silly mistake to do. Nice to see he is fearless but he needed to do a clean solid session.

If Mercedes wanted to announce him in Monza, this crash puts it in question. Would make them look silly.

If they have already made the Antonelli deal, why haven't they announced it yet at Monza? Is Mercedes hesitating about whether he is ready to fill Hamilton's shoes? I just can't figure out who else it would be other than Antonelli.

If you check it. None of the true Mercedes fans are starting or entertaining toxic discussions. We tend to shut down or ignore the attempts.

Merc's pace looks good with Lewis, he was being told to target 1:26's then 1:25:5's by Bono before setting 1:24's on his final 3 laps

Hopefully they would decide for sure which floor to go for. I suspect one of them will be on the old floor in the race.

i assume both will run the new floor, Lewis didnt seem to have any balance issues running it in fp2 and his race pace looked really good

Hamilton is definitely a dark horse here.
