Gardening is a physical limitation, but through communication means it fixes the car. I remember in 2021 when it was said that Redbull was aiming for that and for 2022 it took them only a few months to make the car for the following year. And in fact it was like that. If you have the right people this is what happens in F1, Newey is the best engineer ever in F1 and guys I'll see you in March in Bahrain.
Delusional, but no surprise.Sherrinford wrote: ↑10 Sep 2024, 14:53The 2025 Aston Martin for me will fight easily for the victory, it takes little to fix the car
If you watch the interview with Newey that I posted, you'll hear him talking about the challenge of integrating with a new team and that he'll be 2 months behind on the '26 development when he joins Aston Martin. F1 cars are very complex machines, it can take time to unpick where a team has gone wrong in the design of the car, let alone coming up with fixes. Unless they get really lucky, I think AM will be looking at '27 to start seeing Newey's influence to start showing fully. The unknown thing at the moment is just where Honda will stack up against the other engine manufacturers with the new regulations.DGP123 wrote: ↑10 Sep 2024, 15:35Delusional, but no surprise.Sherrinford wrote: ↑10 Sep 2024, 14:53The 2025 Aston Martin for me will fight easily for the victory, it takes little to fix the car
A great acquisition is Newey, and a feel good factor for the team, but absolutely nothing guaranteed for, 26’.
How long do you watch f1? 1 year? You should to know in f1 no miracle, even not with Newey if he could start to work today. There are a learning curve always...Sherrinford wrote: ↑10 Sep 2024, 14:53The 2025 Aston Martin for me will fight easily for the victory, it takes little to fix the car. It only takes a few text messages to fix the car, remember Allison's wordsKimiRai wrote: ↑10 Sep 2024, 15:15Let's calm downSherrinford wrote: ↑10 Sep 2024, 14:53The 2025 Aston Martin for me will fight easily for the victory, it takes little to fix the car. Car is in a sorry state at the moment, don't forget where we are. Next updates working would already be a feat for this team
Williams 1997 e Williams 1998, The first one is a car that won the world championship, the second one didn't win a single race. And who won the world championship the following year? McLaren 1998. At Redbull he had to wait 2 years because it was a totally new team and with less funding than its opponents. I think that Alonso can really fight for the world championship in 2025. We'll see who time will prove right, the statistics are on my side 59 wins in Williams, 41 in McLaren, 117 in Redbull. Coincidence? I don't think so.OnEcRiTiCaL wrote: ↑10 Sep 2024, 16:04How long do you watch f1? 1 year? You should to know in f1 no miracle, even not with Newey if he could start to work today. Well! we will know it only when he becomes world champion again. If that is 2026 or beyond. It will be a lot of pressure not just for Fred but also on Newey and his new team to deliver on the expectation. 1st thing though is Honda should have a competitive engine in 2026 then its all on Sir Newey followed by Fred. This is exciting and extremely challenging because the competition will be just insane.
Standing slightly in front. He is confident. Lance stands slightly behind Lawrence. He is intimidatedKimiRai wrote: ↑10 Sep 2024, 17:13Only Cardile missing from the photo
Also Fernando is always right next to Newey
