Because Colapinto doesn't have the lower category success to really deserve an F1 seat. He's doing really well now though and might just get a permanent seat for 2026 or something.
Getting Magnussen to leave mid season will be nearly impossible for HAAS, his contract is almost certainly stronger than what Sargeant had, and buying him out isn't an option for HAAS.
