last year Leclerc started on softs, and Magnussen did quite a strong ~20 lap stint in the end to move up into the points. 10 laps shouldn't be a problem, I guess.
Singapore has biggest? (or second biggest) pit loss in the calendar, about 28-29 seconds. In addition it is a track where it is hard to overtake. In previous years it would be a definite one stopper.venkyhere wrote: ↑21 Sep 2024, 13:37I am scratching my head to try to remember seeing anything close to this level of poverty in terms of 'tyres for race' available before qualifying.
Have they all decided to do 1-stop by default ? what if there is a safety car, which is very very likely ? Is the S a race tyre, for atleast 10 laps ?
Seeing how FIA react to clear violations this year, they are gonna turn a blind eye and allow the team to run an illegal car until at least 3 other teams complain vigorously
Difference is one of them is controversial, grey zone etc, the other one is clearly against the rule. If you dont understand stop watching Formula 1. Thanks!
If your classing Red Bull's flexi wings as 'cheating' - are you admitting that McLaren have been 'cheating' for the races where there was a gap appearing in the DRS flap at the races this year?djones wrote: ↑21 Sep 2024, 14:29All the cheating Redbull have done, including going over budget.
It’s rather amusing to see their fans going ballistic about a small McLaren innovation that passed all the tests.
Even more so that it’s not even on the car today, yet the McLaren has an even bigger gap.
Hamilton quicker and seemingly liking his tyres. Strange.SKYnRacing24 wrote: ↑21 Sep 2024, 15:29Russell calling out these crap tyres again lol gotta love it. I respect that compared to these other drivers keeping quiet.
