That's poor sportsmanship by RB pitting Ricciardo to take away Norris' fastest lap point.

I've thought for years that they should have to sell them

Lewis deserves to be ridiculed for his softs decision btw. All that experience and makes dumb decisions like that lol embarrasing tbh
He could've also said "Its too early to pit let stay out". Reminds me of when he was the only car on the Softs in Qatar then moaned on the formation lap when he agreed to it.
He did, they told him to pit anyways, he started complaining over the radio about the strat and they kept telling him its ok, its flexible. A bit after he came over the radio and said "sometimes i wonder why..." (couldnt make out the rest)

Surely this is the longest streak of no (full) safety cars in F1 history? We’re getting no wet races. No mixed up races. No safety cars. No VSCs (except the last lap of Baku). No red flags.

The races are still somehow good though, except for Singapore for some reason.

Norris extremely lucky to get away with three mistakes that almost took him out. Luck of a champion? He needs to iron those out of he wants to win the Championship this year though.

Never been a fan of the fastest lap point but today it really stinks, especially when a satellite team is the one being played with. Since they are insistant of keeping the rule, at least make it count only for the fastest lap among the top 10 drivers or something like that. Seems wrong that a driver that has nothing to do with the fight is able to impact the points handed out in the end.

Could have used Perez to do it. 1 point in the WCC aint making a huge difference to RBR now.

This is my beef too, sloppy; he really should be making giant inroads into VER lead but it’s pedestrian

If it really is Ricciardo's final race, he at least finishes things off with some kind of stupid award now.

Perez would have lost 10th and been pushed into the squabble for 15-17th with no clear track.

Just hold him in the box for clear air. No biggie. Merc did the same with bottas in Mexico 2021

Gianpiero: "Your old mate Daniel got fastest lap at the end there".

Max: "Thank You Daniel".

They're not even hiding it at this point
