He said they could return to winning after the COTA update. I see nothing here that is indicative of winning or even a podium.

Thank you OscarCassius wrote: ↑26 Oct 2024, 21:14Brazil will be even worse. Car doesn't have front grip which you need in s3.Vettel165 wrote: ↑26 Oct 2024, 21:10Yeah good analysis you are right. I think we have no chance here, a podium would be a miracle. We have no pace in the low-speed corners in Austin Max made the difference in the high speed corners. A big damage limitation weekend it is, very hard times to watch this final races for me. What do you think about Brasil?venkyhere wrote: ↑26 Oct 2024, 20:53disappointment comes from overoptimistic expectation :
most of experienced F1 watchers know this : viewtopic.php?p=1252723#p1252723 , so why are we expecting a miracle ? esp when the RB20 is in it's 'trying to claw back lost performance' rebuild phase ?
No matter what will happen at the end of the season, there is no doubt Verstappen gave its absolute best.
Maybe they have a chance for a podium in AD. All other races it is hoping Piastri and Sainz underperform so Max can end up in front of them.
