For what? Those was good to make a lot of downforce and make slow the car on the straight. Redbull was so fast because they used almost no wings compared to Aston but still had the same downforce by the floor. Aston followed Redbull in mid season so they made similar front wing but they couldn't create the lost Downforce by floor. Is caused them tyre wear problem, bad balance in every situation. I believe Aston still struggle because of the floor can't creat enough downforce and they can't guide the air without separation. Unfortunately they can't lower the car as they do on the track because then they would damage Mercedes windtunnel floor. But I'm still not sure if Mercedes windtunnel is okey,something is stinks...
Plus, they'd be 2 seconds or more a lap slower than what we presently have.

Aston Martin’s new wind tunnel is about to enter service, with the constructed facility now in the hands of the team to begin the process of commissioning before coming fully online over the coming months and ahead of F1 2025.

A theme that Krack himself also underlined at the end of the Mexican weekend, because even if some elements of the last package were set aside for the Mexican stage, it is not said that they cannot return to the car for other stages of this last part of the world championship, perhaps adapting to specific characteristics of the various circuits: "We need to see what the tracks are that will come. For example, there are high-speed tracks where we could choose differently compared to Las Vegas, where perhaps instead there are many low-speed corners. Remember how they said they wanted to stop doing this for the AMR24, that the intention was to make it work well on all tracks without swapping parts? We are just like last year with a frankenstein car. Yet another failure

Im asking myself. Could be AM build the AMR25 on Mercedes' wind tunnel and after that make some upgrades during the 2025 season on their WT and because of that improve the car like a Mclaren style last year? i think they are anxious to put this car on their WT to see how look the data will be.

Tom McCullough's job title recently changed to team jester, which is similar to the performance director.
