Apparently They've been running it for most of the year. They try the new ones but eventually go back to that one. They ran it in Mexico, it isn't something new.

I wonder why they don't run the new sidepods? Maybe they're tied to something else that they're changing under the skin next year?

I'm not saying this full of certainty, obviously... But one could think they're randomly mixing different parts, searching for a lucky strike.KimiRai wrote: ↑01 Nov 2024, 21:12They didn't use Suzuka spec floor, it looks like the Hungary one. I meant , I wonder why they don't run the Austin sidepods with whatever else they choose. Why do they use the old sidepods ?Nikosar wrote: ↑01 Nov 2024, 19:46diffuser wrote: ↑01 Nov 2024, 18:52Apparently They've been running it for most of the year. I thought they run the new sidepods in Austin ? with the back shape that changed. Or you mean Austin sidepods + Suzuka floor ?
Or they do have new new sidepods ?
Still too early to say if they look better. Only the race will tell.

Yeah, they could perfectly use the rest of the season as tests. They seem to be lost anyway...

It’s a hybrid version of previous specifications. All the images are in the article. I don’t know how to post pictures on here
