I don't think my issue with Rueda has to do with strategy decisions per se, more so with lack of improvement over time, in fact got worse over time. That's a sign of a bad manager/leader and that usually doesn't depend on the task at hand.

Tolga Guryel has left Alpine as a composite design engineer for Red Bull in the same role

Interesting that it went from Lead Engineer Wings and Nose to Gearbox team leader. Aren't those two positions drastically different?

I really thought the same, in the past she had to do with composite design which we also have involved with the gearbox.

Atleast he cleaned up the track limit rules, if nothing else.
