Well, really Massi made up some BS rules and the Stewards made up BS reasoning for it to stand when Merc appealed immediately after the race.

This discussion is pointless now though. I don't see many arguments being made in good faith at this point.

Masi could restart at his own discretion, he did, results stand. Stewards can make the decision they want, results stand. Disagreeing with a decision is different from calling the result illegitimate. An important distinction.
