And completely missing the fact that LH did really do this, put MV into the wall.
You mean when Max cut across the front of Lewis at Silverstone instead of letting Lewis outbreak himself and go off all on his own while Max would have carried on his merry way?

At the end of the day, if Max followed the rules, he would not have got a penalty.
You do understand that the whole thing is about there not being any such rule !?

Red Bull is negotiating the exit of Perez, who can count on a very significant penalty. Monday shareholder meeting. The other choices have already been made: Lawson would be Verstappen's teammate, Hadjar in Racing Bulls

What on earth, Checo? You are not responsible for points on WCC while your teammate brings the WDC home?

The car became difficult to drive. It’s a shared responsibility.
Lack of talent it is. If the car has been able to take 9 wins this season and you have none, it is time to look in the mirror if the WCC is lost.

Lawson is barely better than Perez and has zero experience. It will backfire 100%.

Congrats to Max but this hints at an early retirement.

Yes indeed. They are going to realise it's a mistake and panic again. Should have gotten Carlos.

Not his first kid.

But Max has been pretty clear he's not staying in the sport for a long time.

Why? There are plenty of examples where drivers with kids stayed very long.

He appears to be a content man all in all. Add in his own kid into the picture now, with all the BS and drama that F1 has going on, he might just decide that some things are simply more important than achieving more (something that he has been vocal about for a while).

I only see this as an impetus to retiring in any case. We will see how things unfold in a couple of years.

Yeah and this only gives him even more motivation to not stick around.

There is. There is a requirement that drivers maintain a delta time and Max did not do so.
If I come across as blunt, I apologise, it's my ASD. Sometimes, like an F1 car aqua-planing, it gets out of my control.
