Just not on it. He qualified poorly as well with 0 indications of any issues
Wow, that was a diabolical performance

Well they cannot afford that here...
In hindsight, I believe he may have been told around that time that Ferrari wouldn't be extending his contract for next season, and by his own admission that was very hard on him at first.
No, that's not the case. Just had a sh*t weekend especially after the crash.

I really enjoyed this tidbit from Leclerc today:

This is perhaps the only season since I joined Formula 1 where, looking back, I truly have very few regrets. After Canada, where we struggled a lot, we had to push the car to its limits to try to achieve something, but if we hadn’t done that, we wouldn’t be at the level we’re at today. So, I have no regrets. I believe this season has been extremely positive in terms of execution. In terms of performance itself, the first part of the year was a bit more challenging. But in the second half, the tremendous work done at the factory allowed us to become more competitive, and it paid off.
This is something I feel is represented strongly in this forum - we can all be happy of the progress the team made this season. I can't remember the last time Ferrari had a mid-season dip in performance and actually came back stronger after...

No matter what happens this weekend, I hope the team is proud of themselves for the amazing work they did =D>

We all know that when you execute like this, it may only be a matter of time, and he does as well.

Why did Sainz have such a bad race here last year? Was there a car problem?

Maybe just burnt out ... he mentioned something along the lines in the latest Beyond The Grid podcast, had to change his training, etc. to not let it happen again this year

Mate, teams have people with state of the art cameras all across the track to take photos of every car from every angle. They shoot burst photos to get an exact sequence to reconstruct into 3D models with specialised software. When they had bigger CFD limits than today, they ran hybrid models or full models of other cars. Just because they have WT and CFD limits today, doesn't mean they can't get their cloud computing partners to do it for them, McLaren copying Red Bull floor to the finest of details is the biggest tell...

And they call it a stall. A STALL!

Battery issues on the last weekend when you are in title fight and you aim to be perfect is an indication team is not ready for championship yet. And yes, I hope this ages like milk.

I'm assuming the part that broke on Leclerc's car is an old one, but it's still frustrating to encounter these issues.

FP2 will be a more representative session in terms of track condition, so hopefully that ones goes smoother.

Too early for the final twist, but there was never a WCC fight after Baku race and both events that happened there

Should've taken an engine in Brazil.

At whose cost?
If the PU is not broken then the replacement would be on a budget, for example couldn't test the floor of the 2025 then

A well timed Safety Car would be nice.
