Andretti Global Formula One Team

Post

With their new base right next to Aston Martins factory in Silverstone, Andretti still somehow seems to be in full swing.

What's your take on them? Never gonna happen or highly likely?

Last I heard, they were suing the socks off whomever denied them entry to F1 in the US and EU and that heads would roll because of it. This is Dominicali and a few others. Maybe they will join after that. Would be a hell of an entry.

I not sure that it is true, after all, what basis do they have for suing? The teams don't want another team and the teams, Formula one group and Liberty Media own F1. This isn't the public school system and F1 is refusing to accept your child. There is no law that says they have too. Anyways, they wouldn't be suing Dominicali, they'd be suing the Formula one group (Dominicali is CEO) and Liberty Media who own all that. Good luck with that. They have more money that god.

Remember Liberty Media also own the NFL.

So what are they doing in this new building to keep everyone busy? Are they actually designing an F1 car?

AFAIK they have Nick Chester as their TD. I'd say they do at least studies on the '26 regulations. Do they use Toyotas WT in Germany?

Even more relevant, as FW17 pointed out, in this article it seems to be a connection between Maffei leaving and news from Andretti coming:
"It's a matter for my son Michael and his company, not me," he recently told Gazzetta dello Sport. "What I can say is that news and changes are coming, and my full support goes to my son for all the decisions and choices he has made during this period."

Domenicali has done a worse job than MBS, why is it that we don't get any news articles on his poor handling of FOM, I guess he is a saint for the British media after he mothballing Fiorano

New faces, fresh ideas, good to see, maybe not cheer til they show what they’ve got. Remember Haas have not had an easy ride. There is an awful lot more to F1 than people outside it realise. Not even Indy comes close. I had a hard time writing the introduction for my dissertation, so I turned to https://academized.com/dissertation-introduction-help academized for assistance. The writer delivered an exceptional introduction that set the tone for my research. It included a clear problem statement, research questions, and objectives. The quality of the work was outstanding, and it was delivered on time. I’m very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone needing help with their dissertation introduction.

Wonder why Andretti company is being mentioned. I thought that the name was banned by FOM

I believe it's because the legal ownership of the organization being allowed into F1 is still Andretti Formula Racing LLC, which is different from their F1 team name. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong about this.

My understanding was that Andretti was refused F1 entry cause they didn´t think they had enough $$$$, they were not banned.

Also, I believe that, Andretti Formula Racing LLC provides Products and Services. It has an engineering department that researches, designs, develops, and tests race car components. So they could be just hired to do this. Like Haas and Dallara chassis.

Why does Ferrari statement read Andretti as the company that holds the FIA and FOM entry licences if they are just a service provider
