Racing Bulls engaged in three-day TPC test with Tsunoda and Hadjar

Visa Cash App Racing Bulls (VCARB), Red Bull Racing's junior team, will be spending three days, 21, 22, and 23 January,
at the Imola circuit.
They will be preparing for the start of the 2025 season, which starts in only 54 days. While at the circuit, the Faenza-based will be completing a TPC (testing a previous car). This means that the drivers will drive an old car.

The FIA has decided to set a limit on how many kilometres a team can drive. The limit is 1,000 kilometres per driver.
Each driver will take a specific day. Tsnuoda will drive on Tuesday, Hadjar will go on Wednesday
and Iwasa will conclude the testing on Thursday.

You know, it's not like they announced the event yesterday. They've had over a year to plan around it! Obviously the problem is someone was asleep at the wheel at racing bulls.

It's not like they're using the car they're running in Imola in London. So why did they paint it ?

It's not like they're using the car they're running in Imola in London. So why did they paint it ?

Only reason I can think of is if they were going to use it as an actual marketing filming day and so therefore they'd need the actual car so that the marketing materials would be accurate. But if not then it doesn't make any sense. Also I am not sure what actual penalty F1 could even enforce for "leaking" the livery early. It's not like it's in the sporting or technical regulations and so other than shake their fist I don't think FOM can do anything without risking retaliatory legal action. Certainly Haas didn't seem to care.
