Well, from my point of view, this wasn’t legal even in 2024, but I know that some teams did it. Let’s wait and see what the Staff says.Ft5fTL wrote: ↑06 Mar 2025, 15:00So another question for clarifying things. Last year almost everyone extended their diffuser starting point outside of the floor legality volume where the volume meets with the vehiclebody legality volume for a bigger kick. Is it still allowed even though the rules says "be fully contained within RV-Floor_V*"?

You deserve 10 more points in the standings for showing that so early! Can I publish it on LinedIn?spacehead3 wrote: ↑06 Mar 2025, 16:24Can't resist a little teaser. First run is in the books.

Wow, nice job mate. Can you share roughly how much is the downforce loss compared to the previous regulations?spacehead3 wrote: ↑06 Mar 2025, 16:24Can't resist a little teaser. First run is in the books.

With the wheels off the ground as they appear to be in his run, the values will be meaningless at this stage. I've bodged wheels into the ground for a run and a crude car was half of the downforce that we achieved last yeark.ko100v wrote: ↑06 Mar 2025, 17:43Wow, nice job mate. Yeah I noticed that too, something with the ride height settings in old Mflow seems to not work with this car right now.
Subtract the downforce the wheels are making by being off the ground and get back to me hahaspacehead3 wrote: ↑06 Mar 2025, 19:04Yeah I noticed that too, something with the ride height settings in old Mflow seems to not work with this car right now.
According to the FIA the 2026 cars are supposed to be about 30% less downforce than last year, I think that sounds about right so far.
Looks like you've been busy. You should enter! I suspect you'd need to develop a new car to meet the mvrc rules, particularly about surface thickness but the more the merrier!janci_kp wrote: ↑08 Mar 2025, 22:53Hi guys,
my friend just told me about this competition and I would love to share my 2026 car that I have been developing since the new year. Here is the pressure distribution and you can find many more details on my X page

I've actually seen your car on there for a while now, and it's got some nice details that I totally am not trying to replicate and failing to. But anyway you should join it's pretty fun herejanci_kp wrote: ↑08 Mar 2025, 22:53Hi guys,
