BAR team principal David Richards has formerly declared he would have liked to make his team change its name for 2003. The name BAR said to be not efficient for marketing purposes and not attractive to fans, who'd rather like to see a team's name as one word.
Although this may all be true, Richards has now declared the change will probably not be made in 2003. Thereby it is rumoured that will be in 2004, when Jacques Villeneuve will most likely be leaving the team when his contract expires.
